-MAP IV requirements starting from Supervisory to Unit Manager level
-On-going forecasting of future requirements with inputs from Unit Managers and other stake holders & hiring for the same
-Prepare salary fitments and offer/appointment letters for MAP IV
-Induction for the new joiners and on boarding formalities
-Employee file management
-Manage MAP IV appraisal & salary revision
-Consolidate attendance for branch office, Units and provide inputs for payroll & manage post payroll queries
-Coordinate the hiring for attrition with the recruiter
-Manage the mobilisation tracker with operations
-Responsible for Employee live database
-Site visits as per calendar to have good understanding of all employee issues at unit level
-Employee engagements and R&R activities at unit level
