On behalf of our client, a multinational group of companies from Europe, we are looking to recruit a Western Educated EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ( CEO )
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the group, staff development activities to enhance organisational performance, and achieving its vision. You will also nourish existing and develop new partnerships, promoting effective collaboration of staff and stakeholders, developing and implementing strategy, managing day-to-day operations including financial management, legal compliance, marketing and financing.
The Executive Director will be responsible for creating a shared vision and common purpose for the Group while providing executive oversight of operations in an effort to strengthen the company position
You will be a broadly experienced professional with full P&L exposure, superior interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership qualities in your previous role . You must possess strong financial, analytical, organizational and time management skills and at least 5+ years of experience in a management role in the Middle East.
The successful candidate will need to come from the oil and gas industry and have experience and contacts in the big service companies ( preferably worked in one at some stage ) such as Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Weatherford, Emerson for example. If you have Repair Shop experience it will be an additional advantage.
